"body": "Welcome to Fancy's small kitchen and cook three traditional Naxi dishes with us.\nFirst of all, at nine o'clock in the morning, we will come to the local farmer's market together to visit and buy some ingredients. Then, we will return to our kitchen classroom together and use the freshest ingredients to make three Naxi dishes. I will introduce our history and culture to you in depth. Our selection of these three dishes has a long historical and cultural origin.\nThe first dish, ghost chicken. This is a dish often made by Naxi shamans when offering sacrifices to their ancestors. This dish will use more than ten kinds of herbs and condiments unique to Yunnan. Because you can't bring a knife when offering sacrifices to your ancestors, the whole dish is made by hand. We can deeply experience the unique cooking methods of Yunnan cuisine.\nThe second course is small pot rice noodles, which are the most important staple food of Yunnan people. In Yunnan, no matter which city you are in, there are boiled rice noodles that belong to the city's flavor. We will be together and use Fancy's private recipe to make street-style rice noodles in a small pot.\nThe third course is a dessert. Poruda is a great dessert. Originated from far away Persia. Passed to Lijiang through the ancient Tea Horse Road. Our recipe is the most traditional recipe, using purple rice, sago milk, coconut milk and fresh coconut shreds and tropical fruits to bring out the rich Yunnan flavor.\nAt about twelve o'clock, everyone started lunch and ate these three Naxi dishes that they made by themselves. We will provide Yunnan black tea and Lijiang's specialty beverage Begonia fruit tea.\n\nThe best things happen when you escape the standard tourist routes. Real experience comes seeing things from a different point of view. So, you'll be taken on a tour of wondering through a traditional local market, following by a hands-on cookery class from the local ingredients and enjoying the Yunnan tea time and snack after the meal.\n \nThe experience begins with a tour in a local market. With a rainbow of local produce and diverse blend of aromas, you will be amazed by the different food and vegies that you never seen before. Taking part of fresh ingredients to the kitchen, feel free to put your apron on, a comprehensive brief of the main herbs and spices used in Naxi fayre, you will then cook 3 traditional Yunnan food with me: Little Pot Rice Noodles, the famous Ghost Chicken salad and a lovely local desert. Le marché de Xiangshan est l'un des plus anciens et plus grands marchés fermiers de Lijiang. C'est la vraie vie du peuple local Naxi. Ici, vous pourrez non seulement rencontrer le peuple Naxi, mais aussi les Bai, les Lisu et les Tibétains. Je vous promènerai dans le marché et vous présenterai les fruits de saison, ainsi que les légumes locaux -Lijiang possède de nombreux légumes sauvages spéciaux- uniques et spécifiques à cette région, dont les méthodes de cuisson sont différentes des légumes courants. \n\nAller au marché ensemble est le moyen le plus pertinent pour comprendre le peuple Naxi et ses modes de vie. \n\nAprès avoir visité et acheté une partie des ingrédients, nous retournerons dans notre atelier de cuisine pour préparer trois plats Naxis. Mais avant de commencer le cours de cuisine, je vous inviterai à déguster les fruits et pâtisseries de saison de Lijiang, ainsi que l'eau aux herbes citronnées produites dans notre jardin. \n\nEn quelques mots, notre classe de cuisine en français vous fera découvrir les traditions culinaires des Naxis, \net vous permettra en fabriquant de manière ludique les plats, de pénétrer leur culture. \n\nComment ferons nous ? \n\nAprès une brève introduction sur la cuisine Naxi, je vous montrerai comment préparer ces trois plats, puis vous les préparerez vous-même ! \n\nLe premier plat que nous cuisinerons sera du poulet D'offrande aux fantômes. C'est un plat souvent préparé par les chamans Naxis lorsqu'ils font des sacrifices à nos ancêtres. Pour ce plat, plus de dix sortes d'herbes et de condiments spécifiques au Yunnan seront utilisés. Parce que ce plat est un plat sacrificiel, l'ensemble du processus ne pourra pas être fait avec un couteau, nous le finirons donc à la main, afin que nous puissions également expérimenter jusqu’au bout une des méthodes de la cuisine du Yunnan. \n\nLe deuxième plat sera un petit pot de nouilles de riz. Nous utiliserons la recette privée de Fancy pour préparer des nouilles de riz en petits pots à la façon de ma grand-mère. \n\nLe troisième plat sera un dessert, Paluda, venu de la Perse et parvenu à Lijiang via l'ancienne route des chevaux de thé. \n\nVers midi, tout le monde déjeunera en appréciant ses chefs-d'œuvre !
